My layout web design.

1. I feel that this is a good layout, because I put myself in the customers shoes. If I was looking to book a stay at a lodge and this was my first time, this particular layout would be straight forward and not too confusing or overwhelming.
2. There are 3 reasons I would plan my layout with a wireframe first; it is beginner or amateur friendly, it gives helpful info if you are unsure where to start, there are no limitations for designing.
3. The width property controls the size of the viewport. The viewport is the user’s visible area of a web page. Whether it is on mobile or computer.
